What services does Fancy Doggy offer?

Fancy Doggy provides expert dog grooming, boarding, and daycare services. We cater to each pet’s unique needs, offering everything from grooming packages to comfortable boarding and engaging daycare activities.

What should I bring for my pet’s stay?

For boarding, please bring your dog’s regular food, any medications, and a favorite toy or blanket to help them feel at home. We provide safe environment, but familiar items can help your pet feel more comfortable during their stay.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling us directly or using the online booking option on our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays, as slots fill up quickly.

What grooming services do you offer?

Our grooming services range from various individual service to full grooming packages. We use pet-safe products to ensure a comfortable and gentle grooming experience for your dog. If you have more questions, contact us.

What are your daycare hours?

Daycare hours are from 9 to 6, Monday through Saturday. For specific drop-off and pick-up times, please refer to our schedule or contact us directly.

Do I need to bring proof of vaccinations?

Yes, for the safety of all our guests, we require up-to-date vaccination records for dogs receiving grooming, daycare or boarding services. Please bring proof of vaccinations for rabies, DA2PP, and Bordetella shots with due date during your first visit.

Is there a trial period for daycare?

Yes,its basically social test, we recommend a short trial session for daycare to help your pet acclimate to our environment and socialize with other dogs. This allows us to assess your pet’s comfort level and compatibility with other guests. Make an appointment and it would take around 15 minutes.

Can I visit my pet during their stay?

Yes, pet parents are welcome to schedule visits for boarding pets. Just give us a call to arrange a time, and we’ll be happy to set up a visit to reassure you and your pet.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, apple pay, Samsung pay, and Zelle payment. Payment is due at the time of service, or at check-out for boarding services.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no show may incur a fee, as we reserve time specifically for each pet’s service.

Is there a discount for booking multiple services?

Yes, we offer package deals and discounts for clients who book combined grooming, daycare, or boarding services. Contact us to learn more about our current packages and special offers.

Why my dog scratch after grooming?

For owners whose dogs have matted or tangled fur and/or have to cut it short (shave/summer cut) or have fleas.Please remember that this can irritate the dog’s skin so please prevent any itching or scratching by utilizing an e-collar or providing your dog with clothes to cover his/her body. Itching the body can cause injuries, scratches, and infections.

Do you have a parking lot?

No, we don’t have a parking lot for customers. Please use street parking.

How often I need nail trimming?

We recommend every one month or within two months.

Can I bring own shampoo to use?

Yes, of course you can bring it.
