GROOMING POLICY

TIP AND TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN GROOMING PRICE

• GROOMING PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE • GROOMING ALTERATION MUST CALL/COME IN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF GROOMING FOR FIXING. AFTER 7 DAYS, EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY. GROOMING WILL ONLY FIX PART, NOT THE FULL BODY.

• ALL DOGS SHOULD BE ADMINISTERED FLEA & TICK PREVENTATIVE MEDICATION (FRONTLINE, REVOLUTION ETC) PRIOR TO GROOMING AND BOARDING TO PREVENT THE SPREAD AND/OR CONTRACTION OF FLEAS, TICKS, MITES, ETC.

• FANCY DOGGY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSSIBLE FLEA & TICK CONTRACTION. WE UPHOLD CLEAN, SANITARY CONDITIONS AND TAKE PRECAUTIONS ANY MEASURES TO PREVENT SUCH.

• OVERTIME CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BILL . FULL GROOMING OR BATH: UP TO 2 HRS FROM FINISHING GROOMING OR BATH OVERTIME CHARGE WILL BE $5.00 PER HOUR+TAX FOR EACH DOG

Pet Boarding / Day Care Policy

• DAYCARE SERVICE : 9AM ~ 6PM

• BOARDING SERVICE PRICE FOR 1 NIGHT 2 DAYS

• WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND BRINGING A COLLAR, HARNESS, FOODS, TREATS AND OWN STUFFS FOR MANAGING SEPARATION ANXIETY.

• IF YOU BOARD FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS WITHOUT FOODS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR FOODS

• DAY CARE / BOARDING: PICK UP ONLY UP TO 6:00 PM IF YOU PICK UP AFTER 6PM WITH THE OWNER’S EXCUSE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $5.00 PER HOUR+TAX FOR EACH DOG. 

• IF THE OWNER DON’T PICK UP BY 6:00PM WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, WE WILL CHARGE AS 1 NIGHT OF BOARDING OR DAYCARE, AND YOU NEED TO PICK UP THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 9AM AND 6PM.
